Do:
Serve as a trauma hospitalist rounding on adult patients in a Level I trauma setting Respond to trauma alerts and facilitate emergent interventions Conduct daily rounds and manage patient conditions independently Perform procedures including chest tube insertions, central and arterial line placements, suturing minor lacerations, and ventilator management Collaborate closely with trauma surgeons and multidisciplinary teams Manage admissions, discharges, and documentation within the EMR system (Epic) Ensure adherence to trauma protocols and documentation standards
What You Need:
Active NP/PA license in Minnesota or ability to obtain Prior experience in trauma, surgical, or critical care settings Key skills: trauma response, procedures (as noted), patient management, documentation accuracy
Required:
BLS and ACLS certifications

Experience working autonomously in trauma or ER settings About the
