Pay & Benefits Pay Rate:
$63.65/hour Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive Medical Benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide holistic nursing care to patients in the CVICU focusing on cardiovascular conditions Assess patient needs, develop and revise individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments with precision and attention to detail Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to changes in status Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Document care activities accurately and timely Participate in daily unit huddles and care coordination activities
What You Need Required:
Valid RN license in Minnesota Minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care or CVICU Strong assessment, clinical judgment, and communication skills
Preferred:
