Previous ICU/Cardiovascular experience preferred Pay & Benefits Competitive pay rate of $63.65/hour Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with all applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You'll Do Provide holistic, patient-centered care to individuals in the CVICU Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized care plans based on patient needs Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and ensure quality outcomes Execute nursing standards, including implementation and evaluation of care plans Delegate appropriate activities to other care providers as needed Participate in shared decision-making to promote best practices and environment of care Support patient families throughout care episodes and contribute to a positive care environment What You Need Current RN license in Minnesota or valid licensure in relevant state At least 1 year of ICU or CVICU experience preferred Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to work rotating shifts in a fast-paced environment About the Assignment This assignment is with a leading healthcare facility in Robbinsdale, MN, dedicated to delivering exceptional cardiovascular care.
