In this role, you will deliver advanced cosmetic treatments and skincare procedures that enhance our clients' natural beauty and boost their confidence. Responsibilities Perform non-invasive and minimally invasive aesthetic procedures including dermal fillers, Botox (botulinum toxin treatment), and laser treatments with precision and artistry. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including skin analysis, medical history review, and treatment planning to ensure safe and effective outcomes. Educate clients on treatment options, expected results, post-treatment care, and safety protocols to foster trust and satisfaction. Maintain detailed medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and clinic policies, ensuring accuracy in all patient records. Manage patient flow efficiently by coordinating appointments, follow-ups, and consultations using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems such as Epic or eClinicalWorks. Stay current with the latest advancements in aesthetic medicine, including new laser technologies, injectable techniques, and skincare products. Adhere strictly to sterile techniques, infection control protocols, and safety standards during all procedures to ensure optimal patient safety. Requirements Valid Nurse Practitioner license with certification in aesthetics or related specialty preferred. Proven experience performing Botox (botulinum toxin) treatments, dermal fillers, laser therapies, and other aesthetic procedures. Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and skin health to tailor treatments effectively. Excellent communication skills to educate clients clearly about procedures and post-care instructions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Prior experience working in medical offices specializing in dermatology, plastic surgery, or cosmetic medicine is highly desirable.
