Pay:
$35.00-$40.00/hour About the Role Regency Home HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our care team for a private home case in Rogers, MN. This is a unique opportunity to work in a supportive, small-team environment with flexible scheduling options. As an RN in this role, you'll provide one-on-one care to clients with complex medical needs in the comfort of their own home.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct, hands-on nursing care to clients in a private home setting Advocate for the physical, emotional, and social well-being of clients Conduct health assessments and ongoing monitoring; report findings to supervising staff and physicians Perform medical treatments and interventions as prescribed Coordinate, attend, and follow up on medical appointments Manage and track medical supplies, medications, and equipment Maintain a safe, positive, and professional care environment Work independently while communicating effectively with the care team Qualifications
REQUIRED
: Active RN license in the state of Minnesota (additional state licensure may be required as the agency expands)
REQUIRED
: Current CPR certification Strong judgment, integrity, and initiative Ability to work independently and as part of a care team
