Job Description
Qualifications:
Must possess a current MN RN license 1+ year of nursing experience preferably in Home Health Care Broad knowledge of nursing and competence in Home Health Care Visual and aural acuity to detect changes in clients Strong written and oral communication skills Ability to recognize and understand clients needs Willingness to assume responsibility for caring for and serving the needs of clients in a manner conductive to their safety and comfort Up-to-date knowledge of current trends and new developments in nursing Ability to work effectively with others in a cooperative, considerate and helpful manner Reliable transportation Willingness to conform to and follow the philosophy and objectives of Country Manor Home Health Care and understand the organizational structure Patience, consideration and tact when dealing with the resident, family and community contactsEducation:
Must be a graduate of a state-accredited school of nursing Must be CPR certified.
