Come join our team of dedicated care givers. Overlooking beautiful Lake Sleepy Eye, Divine Providence Community Home is a 50 bed skilled nursing facility. The Registered Nurse/MDS Coordinator plans, organizes, and is responsible for the MDS/RAI process. Part-time day shift Must work every 4th weekend/holiday day shift Charge Nurse All applicants will receive consideration for employment regardless of their race, color, creed, religion, national origin, sex, sexual orientation, disability, age, marital status, or status with regard to public assistance.
Required Skills:
Current RN license with MN State Board of Nursing. Prefer previous experience in long-term care with a working knowledge of the RAI process Good communication and documentation skills. Must have good people skills, ability to work cooperatively with staff, families, residents, and administration for the benefit of the resident. Genuine compassion for elders and dedicated to enhancing their quality of life.
