Job Description

A reputable healthcare facility is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with expertise in both the Operating Room and Emergency Room. Qualifications:
Current Minnesota RN license (active and in good standing) Minimum of 2 years' experience as an OR RN, preferably in a Level II or higher trauma setting BLS certification required CNOR certification highly preferred Demonstrated adaptability to both operating room and emergency department roles Strong communication and clinical assessment skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality patient care in both surgical and emergency settings Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, ER physicians, and healthcare teams Monitor patient status, document procedures, and ensure compliance with safety standards Provide patient and family education regarding pre- and post-operative or emergency care needs Manage evolving clinical situations efficiently with a focus on patient safety and positive outcomes
