00 per hour based on experience +$1.00 per hour Weekend Differential Serve as the clinical leader while remaining involved in direct resident care Join a family-owned senior living organization where leadership is accessible and supportive Build meaningful, long-term relationships with residents and families Diverse clinical experience including Assisted Living, Memory Care, chronic disease management, dementia care, and geriatric nursing Collaborative environment where nurses have a voice and help shape clinical decisions Stable and growing organization with opportunities for professional advancement Practice nursing in an environment focused on quality of care—not patient volume What You'll Be DoingLead Clinical Excellence Serve as the clinical leader during evening hours while supporting caregivers and medication staff Perform resident assessments and respond promptly to changes in condition Administer medications and treatments while promoting safe medication practices Develop, update, and oversee individualized service plans and nursing interventions Ensure compliance with Minnesota Assisted Living regulations, documentation standards, and community policies Support & Develop Your Team Mentor caregivers by providing education, coaching, and clinical guidance Promote confidence, accountability, and teamwork throughout the community Help create a calm, organized, and supportive environment for residents and staff Participate in admissions, care conferences, and interdisciplinary care planning Build Trusted Relationships Partner with physicians, pharmacies, therapists, hospitals, hospice providers, and case managers Communicate proactively with residents and families Help coordinate care transitions while ensuring continuity of care Participate in shared rotating on-call responsibilities and support clinical decision-making after hours What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications Active Minnesota Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing Previous experience in Assisted Living, Memory Care, Long-Term Care, Skilled Nursing, Home Health, Hospice, or related healthcare settings preferred Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and nursing judgment Confidence making independent clinical decisions Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Leadership mindset with a passion for mentoring and supporting caregivers Genuine commitment to serving older adults with compassion and dignity Why Elmore Assisted Living?
