Registered Nurse School Setting - Zimmerman, MN

Nursing degree, active registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1+ years RN experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered. This opportunity calls for a skilled Registered Nurse to provide dedicated 1:1 student support in a school setting located in Zimmerman, MN. The role involves working onsite with a medically fragile student requiring specialized care. This contract position requires commitment to a 38-hour workweek. Responsibilities include delivering comprehensive nursing care tailored to the student's complex medical needs. This student requires tracheostomy care and is dependent on a trach, ventilator, J-tube, ostomy bag, and oxygen tank. Duties will involve managing ostomy changes as needed, administering medication for seizure disorders via nasal routes when necessary, monitoring adrenal insufficiency, and managing continuous G-J tube feedings throughout the day. Respiratory support, including nebulizer treatments, is also a critical component of care. The student is wheelchair bound, emphasizing the need for attentive mobility support during nursing care.

Qualifications and Experience:
