Schedule:

Day Shifts:

4x10 hour shifts Weekly guaranteed hours: 36 Limit of 3 Fridays or Mondays off in a 6-week schedule

Call:

Every 6-7 days on average, rotating weekend call, with scheduled late shifts as needed

Qualifications:

Current RN license with at least 1 year of NEURO-specific perioperative experience BLS certification (AHA only) Experience with DaVinci Xi robot, Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning Experience in general surgery, urology, GYN, and orthopedic cases is essential Team-oriented, adaptable, and eager to work across case types Flu vaccination required (seasonally, exemptions require prior approval)

Responsibilities:

Circulate in operating rooms for neuro and general surgeries, including robotic-assisted and complex ortho procedures Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the full spectrum of perioperative patient care Uphold a strong patient advocacy role throughout the surgical experience Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams Maintain hospital standards for attire (hospital-provided black scrubs only in the OR)
