What You'll Do:
Provide high-quality nursing care to behavioral health patients Conduct assessments, administer medications, and monitor patient progress Support a safe, therapeutic environment during evening and overnight hours Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care Act as a strong, calm leader when it matters most
What We're Looking For:
Active RN license for the state of Missouri or compact A passion for behavioral health and patient advocacy Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to stay composed, confident, and compassionate in all situations
