Charge Nurse - Registered Nurse Are you an experienced nurse with a passion for leadership and quality patient care? Join our dedicated team as a Charge Nurse and make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents. This position is ideal for a compassionate nursing professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and is ready to take on a leadership role in a supportive, team-oriented facility. Key Responsibilities Coordinate day-to-day clinical functions of the unit, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Oversee resident care planning, assessments, and nursing assignments, promoting excellence in care delivery. Mentor and support nursing staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Maintain inventory and availability of medical supplies and medications, coordinating with the appropriate personnel to meet resident needs. Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and care quality.
Qualifications Education:
Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
License:
RN License for
Missouri Certification:
Current CPR certification required.
Skills:
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety standards. Preferred Skills and Traits Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail. Capability to work independently and make decisions under pressure. Positive interpersonal skills, especially in challenging situations with residents, families, and staff.
