Schedule/Hours:

Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Active RN license in good standing Minimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Adaptability to evolving patient care protocols and team environments
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care and ongoing monitoring for patients on a Telemetry unit Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams Accurately document patient assessments, treatments, and outcomes Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery steps
