We are seeking a full- or part-time OR Circulating Nurse to join our team of highly trained, caring professionals. SCSC is a state-of-the-art, busy, multi-specialty ambulatory surgery center committed to excellence in both clinical care and patient experience. Regularly in this position you will . . . Supervise and direct patient care in a single operating room Organize time, equipment, supplies, and personnel to provide effective and efficient case management Address patient needs during admission to the operating room, with attention to requirements specific to the ASC setting Provide nursing care to meet patient needs related to surgical condition and type of anesthesia administered Confirm that proper techniques and procedures are used according to accepted standards of practice Assist in inventory of supplies, drugs, and equipment to maintain availability and stock levels Success in this position will require . . . Minimum 1 year OR experience Commitment to patient care Excellent skills and clinical ability Ambulatory surgery experience, preferred BLS and ACLS certification, PALS preferred Current Missouri or compact state nursing license You will receive . . .
