Desired Qualifications:

Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Recent experience in Medical-Surgical nursing Strong assessment, critical thinking, and documentation skills Excellent interpersonal communication and adaptability Ability to efficiently prioritize and manage multiple patient needs Compliance with current BLS certification requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care to adult patients on the Medical-Surgical unit Monitor, assess, and record patient progress and vital signs Collaborate closely with physicians, therapists, and support staff Administer medications, manage IVs, and coordinate care transitions Educate patients and families on recovery, discharge, and health maintenance
