Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality patient care to residents with diverse needs, including those requiring short-term therapy and long-term care Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members Administer medication, treatments, and other therapies as prescribed by physicians Monitor and report patient progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing modifications as needed Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and staff to ensure a warm and welcoming environment Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance the overall quality of care About the
