Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment with flexible scheduling designed to accommodate today's nursing professionals
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive, high-quality care to patients in a medical-surgical setting Collaborate with a dynamic healthcare team to implement care plans and interventions Monitor and document patient status, responding promptly to changes in condition Educate patients and families on health management and post-discharge care Maintain a safe, respectful environment in accordance with evidence-based nursing practices
Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license At least one year of recent medical-surgical nursing experience Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills BLS certification (additional certifications may be preferred)
