Job Description:
The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for providing and overseeing high-quality clinical care for residents in accordance with established standards and regulations. This role ensures the delivery of safe, effective, and resident-centered care.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement individualized resident care plans based on assessments and physician orders Administer medications and treatments accurately and in a timely manner Monitor and assess residents' health status, reporting changes as appropriate Supervise and provide guidance to Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as facility policies and procedures Maintain accurate, timely, and complete clinical documentation Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support optimal resident outcomes Promote a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents and staff Provide education and support to residents and their families as needed
Qualifications:
Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills Excellent communication and leadership abilities Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment Knowledge of regulatory standards and best practices in resident care
