Week Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Rehabilitation team. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients recovering from illness, injury, surgery, stroke, neurological conditions, and other disabling conditions, helping them achieve their highest level of independence.
Responsibilities:
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and response to treatments and rehabilitation programs. Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed. Perform patient assessments and document findings accurately and timely. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and interdisciplinary teams. Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery goals, and discharge planning. Assist patients in achieving optimal functional independence and rehabilitation outcomes. Maintain compliance with facility policies, regulatory standards, and patient safety guidelines.
Requirements:
2 Years of Inpatient Rehab experience- Required Familiarity with FIM and CARE Tool measures Med/Surg nursing experience BLS (AHA)
RN License Pay:
$43.18 - $54.00 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have at least 2 years of recent Inpatient Rehabilitation (Rehab) RN experience? Are you familiar with and have experience using Functional Independence Measure (FIM) and CARE Tool assessments? Do you have Med/Surg nursing experience? Do you currently hold an active RN license? Do you have a current BLS certification through the American Heart Association (AHA)?
