• (unit secretaries and tech availability) : PCT when census is at 8 or above, no secretary on unit Type of equipment : Sara Steady lift, Hoyer lift, Alaris Pumps Documentation system: Meditech 5.

6 Scheduling requirements: 3 shifts/week, every 3rd weekend Floating policy: Contract and PRN staff will float first to like unit Patient Experience requirements: Goal setting with patients, hourly rounding, bedside shift report Hospital Specifics•

Requested Skill Set:

Inpatient Acute Rehab experience, familiarity with FIM and CARE Tool measures Must have: Med/Surg nursing experience Advanced skills needed: none Procedures performed on unit: Wound care, line insertion, blood and antibiotic administration

• Week orientation will be included in contract to ensure the highest quality of care on the Rehab Center and other floors.
