Staff Nurse

Job Overview LPN or RN Part Time to Full Time Prevention Nurse We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate LPN or RN to join our healthcare team.

This nurse will do:

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong critical care in assisted living, Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing. This nurse will use Point Click Care to document, do assessments, and log all risk prevention information. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality patient care across various units including Assisted Living, Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet each neighbor's unique needs. Supervise and mentor CNA's, CMT's, LPN's and RN's in adherence to clinical standards and fostering a positive team environment. Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using Point Click Care while ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations. Participate in IDT and QAPI and work with DON and other nursing team members to ensure a level of excellence in all areas of Risk Prevention. Qualifications Valid nursing license with current registration in Missouri. Proven experience in assisted living, Long-Term Care and Skilled Nursing. Demonstrated supervisory or nurse management experience with leadership capabilities in nursing teams. Strong knowledge of medical terminology, medical records management, and healthcare regulations such as HIPAA. Technical proficiency with Point Click Care. Excellent communication skills paired with the ability to handle high-pressure situations efficiently.
