13 Wk Contract - Registered Nurse

AllShifts is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract at a psychiatric facility. You will provide direct patient care and coordinate treatment with the healthcare team.

Responsibilities:

Conduct patient assessments and administer medications/treatments Monitor and document patient conditions Respond to medical emergencies Manage chronic and acute conditions Maintain accurate medical records Collaborate with healthcare and correctional staff Follow safety, security, and infection control protocols

Requirements:

Active RN license Nursing degree (ASN or BSN) 5 years of clinical experience preferred BLS certification

Pay:

From $54.00 per hour
