Work Schedule:

13-week assignment Nights, 7:00pm - 7:00am (36 hours/week guaranteed) Occasional weekends as required Orientation occurs on day shift

Key Qualifications:

Valid state RN license or eligibility in Missouri Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications Minimum 1 year ICU experience in an inpatient setting Proven ability to collaborate and adapt in intermediate critical care settings Experience with neuro, trauma, respiratory, and surgical patients preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive patient assessments and implement care plans Utilize advanced equipment, including Philips monitors, chest tubes, art lines, EVDs, and wound vacs Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes Float as needed within critical care and med/surg clusters Uphold regulatory standards, patient rights, and confidentiality
