Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dedicated healthcare team. In this vital role, you will deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical settings, utilizing your expertise to promote health, recovery, and well-being. Your energetic approach and commitment to excellence will help ensure patients receive the highest standard of care in a supportive environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with a multidisciplinary team, applying your broad skill set to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives. Duties Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including vital signs, physical examinations, and detailed medical histories. Administer medications and injections accurately, including IV infusions and medication management following HIPAA guidelines. Maintain accurate medical documentation and ensure compliance with all healthcare standards including NCQA standards and ICD coding requirements. Experience Experience working with diverse populations including individuals with developmental disabilities, memory care needs, or those requiring hospice & palliative medicine. Proficiency in using EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner for documentation and patient records management. Background in medical-surgical nursing, internal medicine, outpatient clinics or home & community care environments. Knowledge of infectious disease care practices and infection control standards; familiarity with
ICD-10/ICD-9
coding is advantageous. Critical care experience including ventilator management and emergency response procedures; neonatal ventilator or neonatal resuscitation training is a plus. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams across various specialties such as cardiology (cardiac catheterization), occupational health or long-term care settings like nursing homes or assisted living facilities. $40.97 - $49.34 per hour
