This role focuses on caring for patients recovering from critical illness and complex medical conditions within a rehabilitation setting. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to support recovery and optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience Current BLS certification Active RN license Experience in rehab, LTAC, or acute care settings preferred Strong clinical judgment and communication skills Ability to manage multiple patients in a fast‑paced environment

Responsibilities:

Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments per provider orders Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes appropriately Document care accurately and in a timely manner Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams Support patient rehabilitation goals and recovery Maintain patient safety and adhere to facility protocols
