Qualifications:
Valid RN license, eligible to practice in Missouri Minimum of 1 year of experience in Medical-Surgical nursing Current BLS certification (AHA or equivalent) Strong clinical skills with proven ability to adapt in new environments Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities
Responsibilities:
Provide patient-centered care on a Medical-Surgical unit, administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and completing assessments Collaborate with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and support staff to coordinate comprehensive patient care plans Accurately document patient progress, interventions, and any changes in condition Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance Maintain compliance with facility protocols and safety standards
