Key Qualifications:
Active RN license, valid for the state of Missouri or compact state eligibility Minimum of 1 year of recent Telemetry nursing experience preferred BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment and critical thinking skills Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic, fast-paced environments
Responsibilities:
Monitor, assess, and document patients' cardiac rhythms and conditions Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes Administer medications, treatments, and provide timely interventions Educate patients and families about diagnoses, procedures, and ongoing care Maintain accurate records in accordance with facility and regulatory standards
