Schedule/Hours:
Nights (3x12-hour shifts, block scheduling approved by request) 36 guaranteed hours per week Weekends as needed, no call required
Qualifications:
Current RN license (Missouri or temporary work permit) ACLS and BLS certification (American Heart Association) At least 2 years of recent ICU experience Proficient in critical care, post-stroke care, titrating cardiac drips, BIPAP use, and recognizing patient deterioration Airvos and ventilated compressor experience Epic EMR familiarity preferred Medical calculation aptitude is a plus Must value teamwork and be a motivated self-starter
Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality care for medical, cardiac, and neuro patients Manage a patient ratio averaging 2-3:1 Collaborate and float between ICU, Med Surg, and Telemetry as needed
