Nursing Supervisor RN:

Provide direct patient care in accordance with the RN scope of practice. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement care plans. Document patient assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations in all interactions. Supervision of CNA's, CMT's, and Nurses Requirements of the Nursing Supervisor

LPN / RN
