Details Position is based in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) setting in Missouri Requirements Active Missouri PTA license required (compact license accepted); license required if applicable Minimum 1 year of PTA experience required Experience in a LTC or SNF setting required All licenses and certifications must be active at time of consideration 1 professional reference required for consideration Additional Information No more than 7 days of RTO may be requested
