Qualifications:
Active RN license, recognized in MO or compact state Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room (OR) nursing experience BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required Demonstrated proficiency in perioperative care, surgical procedures, and sterile technique Excellent critical thinking, communication, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver safe, thorough pre-, intra-, and post-operative care for surgical patients Work collaboratively with surgical teams, physicians, and anesthesia staff Monitor, assess, and document patient condition throughout procedures Manage surgical instruments and maintain a sterile OR environment Provide patient education and support before and after surgery
