Schedule and Hours:
Day shifts: 4x10s (06:30-17:00) 36 guaranteed hours weekly Weekends and call rotation as required by the facility 13-week assignment Professional growth here is unmatched: you will work alongside top surgeons in Level 1 Trauma and Burn OR suites, gaining valuable trauma and hybrid imaging exposure. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and experience diverse surgical nursing practices. Expand your resume with teaching hospital experience and a variety of specialties—all while being a part of a nationally recognized safety- and satisfaction-focused environment.Qualifications:
Active RN license (eligible or currently licensed in Missouri) BLS certification (AHA only) Minimum two years of experience in Level 1 or 2 trauma (teaching hospital experience accepted) Proficiency as both Scrub and OR Circulator At least one year of interventional vascular experience and competence in conscious sedation Highly motivated self-starter with strong clinical communication skillsRole Responsibilities:
Deliver direct preoperative, intraoperative, and postoperative care for diverse patient populations Lead and coordinate care with ancillary departments Assist with vascular, endo, and open cases in OR and Hybrid Imaging suites Uphold patient rights, confidentiality, and organizational values Mentor and support other caregivers while evaluating care outcomesPerks and Benefits:
