Schedule/Hours:
Travel position; flexible scheduling based on assignment needs
Desired Experience & Qualifications:
Valid RN license, in good standing Current BLS and ACLS certifications required At least one year of recent OR nursing experience preferred Knowledge of aseptic techniques, perioperative procedures, and surgical instrumentation Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team Adaptable, with a keen attention to detail and a commitment to patient safety
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional perioperative care before, during, and after surgery Maintain a sterile environment and ensure compliance with infection prevention protocols Collaborate closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other surgical staff Assess patient needs rapidly and respond to changing conditions with expertise Document surgical events and patient progress accurately
