As a travel RN in the Neuro Trauma Intermediate PCU, you will play a pivotal role on a progressive, team-driven unit that values both innovation and compassionate patient care. Schedule/Hours:

Night shift: 7:00 pm - 7:00 am 36 guaranteed hours per week 13-week assignment Weekend shifts as required No call requirements

Qualifications:

Current RN license (eligible for Missouri)

BLS & ACLS

(AHA required) Minimum 1 year ICU (inpatient) experience; intermediate ICU preferred Team-oriented with excellent communication Ability to adapt and float within the critical care cluster/med-surg as needed

Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive care to neuro, trauma, and post-surgical patients Monitor and manage patients using advanced equipment (e.g., Philips monitors, art lines, BIPAP) Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal outcomes Evaluate and oversee care by other caregivers Uphold strict patient rights and confidentiality standards Adhere to facility's mission and core values
