Qualifications & Required Experience:
Valid RN license in the state of Missouri or compact licensure 1+ year of recent experience in Telemetry (RN-Tele) Proficiency in cardiac monitoring, rhythm interpretation, and management of telemetry patients BLS and ACLS certifications required Excellent communication, organizational, and critical-thinking abilities
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess patients with cardiac conditions, identifying and responding to changes in status Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring patient safety and comfort Collect, record, and interpret crucial patient data for ongoing evaluation Educate patients and families about condition management and post-discharge care
