Requirements and Desired Experience:
Active and unencumbered RN license Minimum of 1 year recent experience in Telemetry or a similar acute care setting Proficiency in cardiac monitoring and EKG interpretation Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills BLS and ACLS certifications (current and required) Adaptability to fast-paced environments and new workflows
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor, assess, and treat patients requiring Telemetry-level care Interpret cardiac rhythms and respond to emergencies appropriately Collaborate seamlessly with multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered care Accurately document assessments, interventions, and patient responses Educate patients and families regarding care plans, procedures, and recovery
