Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring vital signs Conduct assessments and develop care plans for patients Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate and implement patient care Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care techniques Participate in health coaching and provide guidance on lifestyle modifications
Requirements:
Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred Strong clinical skills and knowledge of medical procedures and protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
