Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Infusion Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess clinical expertise in infusion therapy, a desire to learn, and a passion for delivering personalized patient care. As an Infusion RN, you will be responsible for administering treatments via IV infusion, manage patient assessments, while ensuring the highest standards of care and comfort. This role offers an opportunity to work in a collaborative setting that values team, compassion, and continued learning. Duties Administer intravenous (IV) therapies accurately. Adhearing to protocol and guidelines while mixing /preparing infusions. Conduct patient assessments including vital signs, medical history, and current health status. Monitor patients throughout their treatment. Educate patients on infusion therapy options and procedures. Maintain detailed documentation of treatments administered within electronic health record (EHR) systems and compliance with HIPAA regulations. Collaborate with providers and healthcare team members to develop individualized infusion plans tailored to each patient's needs. Ensure all equipment is sterile and properly maintained. Assist with additional treatment modalities that are located within the Infusion area. Qualifications Valid RN license with current registration in the state of practice. Proven experience in infusion therapy including IV insertion. Strong clinical background preferred. Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems for accurate documentation. Excellent patient assessment skills coupled with the ability to critically think. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team while delivering the highest level of compassionate & personalized care. General Schedule No evenings or weekends Mon-Friday 4 day work week
