Schedule/Hours:
Travel assignment (exact schedule to be confirmed with supervisor)
Qualifications:
Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of MO, or compact license eligible Minimum one year of Medical-Surgical RN experience (recent hospital setting preferred) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) a plus Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills Willingness to work collaboratively within interdisciplinary teams Adaptable in fast-paced and evolving situations
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive nursing care to adult patients on a Medical-Surgical unit Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with treatments Communicate clearly with physicians, families, and multi-disciplinary teams Document care accurately and efficiently in electronic health records Participate in care planning, discharge teaching, and patient advocacy
