Key Qualifications:
Current, active RN license Minimum of 1 year experience in Medical-Surgical (MS) nursing Proficient in clinical assessment, patient care planning, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams BLS certification required Strong communication and adaptability skills
Responsibilities:
Deliver comprehensive nursing care to adult and geriatric patients on the Medical-Surgical unit Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and recognize changes in patient condition Collaborate closely with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient outcomes Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with hospital policies Provide education and support to patients and families
