Community RN

We are looking for a Community RN to work approximately 32-40+ hours a month. Community RN oversees medical components of the individual's receiving services within the agency, through the department of Mental Health. This will include Initial intake assessments, monthly home visits with the individuals, maintaining documentation, and overseeing medications and consultations. These would take approximately 2-3 days monthly. CRN Will also instruct a 16-hour Level one med aide class each month. There would be required trainings (approximately 10-15 hours) to complete upon acceptance of the position. Applicant would be required to complete a train the trainer course to instruct L1MA/Insulin classes, and an additional 8-10 hours of training to complete HRST training, required by DMH. Qualifications
