Job Description
The RN is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and delivering treatments in accordance with established standards and hospital policies. This role includes supervising Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and support staff, coordinating care with the healthcare team, and ensuring accurate documentation of all patient interactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering safe, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Certifications Current Mississippi Registered Nurse (RN) license Current CPR certification ACLS and PALS certifications (or must obtain within one year of employment) Qualifications & Skills Maintains good physical and emotional health Demonstrates effective communication and proper use of established channels Able to remain calm and perform efficiently under stress Flexible and cooperative with rotating shifts and duty assignments Promotes positive interdepartmental and intradepartmental relationships Demonstrates clinical proficiency in required nursing skills Successfully passes written pharmacology examination Capable of prolonged standing, walking, and lifting as required Staff RN - Swing Bed 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars 427 Hwy 51 North, Brookhaven, MS 39601 Full-time
