The RN is responsible for assessing patient needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and delivering treatments in accordance with established standards and hospital policies. This role includes supervising Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) and support staff, coordinating care with the healthcare team, and ensuring accurate documentation of all patient interactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong clinical judgment, effective communication, and a commitment to delivering safe, patient-centered care in a collaborative environment. Education Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
