RN Wound Care Nurse

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive wound care management and treatment to patients, ensuring high-quality care and safety. Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement personalized care plans for wound healing. Conduct wound assessments, including documentation, evaluation, and treatment planning. Maintain accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with medical protocols and standards. Educate patients and their families on wound prevention and treatment. Stay up-to-date with the latest wound care techniques and best practices.

Qualifications:

Registered Nurse (RN) License in good standing. Wound Care Certification (WOCN, WCC, or equivalent) is preffered. Minimum of 5 years of clinical RN experience . Preffered Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively within a healthcare team. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
