MDS Coordinator (RN) - Woodland Village Nursing Center - Days - FT

Required Qualifications:

Education:

Graduate from an accredited, state-approved RN program or school of nursing.

Licensure:

Current MS RN license, MS 90-day temporary permit, or Compact state license.

Experience:

One (1) year of clinical nursing experience.

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact or educate residents. Ability to work independently as well as with a team. Knowledge of nursing practices and procedures as well as the laws, regulations, and guidelines governing nursing functions in the long-term care facility. Knowledge of uses and operations of equipment and instruments used in patient care. Must be patient/customer service oriented, projecting professionalism and socio-economic and cultural sensitivity. Working knowledge of electronic medical records .
