Required Qualifications & Skills:

Active RN license in good standing 2+ years of recent CVOR nursing experience BLS and ACLS certifications required Proficient in circulating and/or scrubbing CVOR procedures Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to thrive in high-acuity, fast-paced environments

Key Responsibilities:

Support complex cardiovascular surgical procedures as either circulator or scrub nurse Collaborate with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care Maintain strict aseptic technique and uphold all safety standards Manage equipment and supplies for cardiovascular operations Provide pre- and post-operative care as needed
