Job Summary Join our dynamic healthcare team as an Administrative Registered Nurse, where your expertise in patient care and medical documentation will be vital to ensuring smooth clinical operations. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between patients, healthcare providers, and administrative staff, coordinating medical records, managing sensitive information in compliance with HIPAA regulations, and supporting clinical workflows. Your physiology and anatomy knowledge will help you accurately interpret medical terminology and assist in maintaining high standards of patient safety and care. Responsibilities Manage and organize patient medical records with precision, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines Assist healthcare providers by preparing and updating medical documentation, including charts, reports, and electronic health records Coordinate patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals to streamline clinical workflows and enhance patient experience Support clinical staff by verifying patient information, updating medical histories, and facilitating communication between departments Maintain a thorough understanding of physiology and anatomy to accurately interpret medical terminology and assist with documentation processes Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations related to patient privacy, data security, and recordkeeping standards Respond promptly to administrative inquiries from patients or staff, providing clear information while maintaining professionalism Requirement Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license with current registration in the applicable jurisdiction Familiarity with medical terminology, electronic health records (EHR) systems, and medical documentation practices Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality and security of patient information Ability to handle sensitive data responsibly while maintaining attention to detail in recordkeeping Excellent organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple priorities efficiently Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare teams and patients Minimum of 1-2years working in RN in

$28.54 - $31.96 per hour
