Job Description

Job Summary Monday-Friday 7a-330p with on call rotation every 6 weeks This nurse would oversee our Restorative Department. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team. In this vital role, you will provide expert patient care across diverse medical settings, ensuring safety, comfort, and optimal health outcomes. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment where your skills make a meaningful difference every day. Duties Develop, implement, and monitor individualized restorative nursing care plans Coordinate with Physical, Occupational, and Speech Therapy teams Train and supervise CNA staff on restorative programs and techniques Monitor resident progress and document outcomes accurately and timely Ensure compliance with state, federal, and facility regulations Participate in care plan meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions Promote resident dignity, independence, and quality of life Qualifications Valid RN license in the state of practice with current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. Proven experience in critical care environments such as ICU or trauma centers is highly preferred. Demonstrated proficiency with EMR/EHR Experience working in diverse clinical settings such as outpatient clinics, long-term care facilities, assisted living communities, or home & community care environments. Familiarity with infection control practices and aseptic techniques essential for safe patient care.
