Qualifications:

Active RN license, valid in MS or compact license Minimum of one year of recent experience in Telemetry nursing Current BLS and ACLS certifications required Strong assessment, monitoring, and communication skills Adaptability and commitment to high-quality patient care

Responsibilities:

Monitor and assess patients in the telemetry unit, interpreting cardiac rhythms and responding to changes in patient condition Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to deliver safe, effective care Administer medications and perform complex interventions as ordered Document patient progress and communicate updates with families and providers Uphold infection prevention and safety protocols
