Job Description
Azalea Gardens Nursing Center is looking for experienced, compassionate nurses to join our team! As a Medication Nurse, your primary role would be to administer medications, perform treatments, and chart routine and non-routine nursing observations on all residents in your assigned unit. Requirements Valid MS LPN or RN License (required) Experience in Long-Term or Skilled Nursing Care (preferred) Responsibilities Communicate with patients' family or friends to provide advice, comfort and release instructions Take and record a patient's medical history, blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc. accurately Supervise CNA's during shift Communicate with medical staff, nursing personnel and other department directors to develop effective, accurate care plan A full job description will be available during your interview. Salary is based on experience and shift diff pay will be added.
